- 2 lbs. Salmon Filet.
- 6 Tsp Japanese Miso paste.
Seasoning
- 6 Tsp Sugar.
- 1/2 White pepper powder.
- 2 tsp hot bean paste (Optional).
- 1 tsp Oil.

Method |
- 焗爐預熱至 375 F
- 把日本麵豉醬及調味料混合均勻
- 焗盤上放置錫紙 , 在鍚紙中部先塗上薄層巳混合的麵醬調味料 ( 約全部調味料的 1/5 份量 )
- 三文鱼去鱼鱗 , 洗淨 , 抹乾
- 放入三文鱼 , 鱼皮向下 , 在三文鱼表面塗上剩餘 4/5 份量調味料
- 用錫紙密封三文鱼
- 焗盤放入焗爐 , 用 375 F焗 20 分鐘
- 取出全盤三文鱼 , 打開錫紙 , 最好即時趁熱享用

- Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
- Mix well the Japanese Miso paste and all seasoning items.
- Place a piece of tin foil on baking pan (size big enough to make a closed pocket for salmon). On tin foil apply a thin layer of mix from 2. for size of salmon (about 1/5 of mix).
- Remove scale of salmon; clean and dry with paper.
- Put salmon on top of mix; skin face down; top of salmon apply thin layer of remaining 4/5 mix.
- Seal all 4 sides of tin foil; (if foil too small, add another piece on salmon; see video) forming an air-tight pocket enclosing salmon; Make 4 upright edges, about 3/4" high all around the 4 sides of the tin foil pocket.
- Put baking pan in oven at 375 F for 20 minutes.
- Slide whole pocket onto serving plate; Open foil; Enjoy HOT.
